Leads on Loads is a virtual administrative office and dispatch service for owner operators driving under their own authority.  Our business is designed to help the owner operator grow his/her business by taking the worry out of the day to day operations in running a small trucking company.  We locate and book loads.  We handle the phone calls to various brokers, securing rates.  We take care of the paperwork and follow the load from the pick up all the way to detention if necessary.  We offer support to the truck drivers by being available  to address immediate needs that come up.

Leads on Loads is not a brokerage service.  We do not look for direct freight for the trucking companies that we serve.  We work with many brokers, and as such, have access to a lot of available freight.
